GE Healthcare ASEAN Channel Partner Summit 2022
In partnership with Ooffle, GE Healthcare held their ASEAN Channel Partner Summit 2022 on the 10th of February. Backed by Ooffle’s production team, a suitable studio and relevant tech setup for the event was provided, and the end result could only be described as spectacular. It was a hybrid event, combining the convenience of pre-recorded videos and the presence of live zoom calls.
We helped them broadcast their online virtual digital summit to thousands of prospective customers all over the world, and we also managed the live website, inclusive of virtual auditorium and photo booth.
Prior to the event, the guest speakers came down to our greenscreen studio to prep for the live streaming and do the relevant Zoom recordings. Within our augmented reality 3D stage, the recordings were done to perfection in conjunction with our 3D FX team, who helped control visual effects and graphics. We particularly focused on our client’s requests, using the inputs that they had given us to meticulously select every single effect and graphic used. All of the visual effects were highly cohesive, and our top priority was to make sure that the show flowed smoothly. Everything had to blend together perfectly, and nothing was spared to reach that end goal.
On the day of the event itself, we planned and executed the whole live stream from start to finish. Different keynote speakers were able to present their topics of discussion in the main 3D room and studio that we had provided, and they were also able to make use of tools such as pre-recorded video and zoom conference backgrounds. Speakers were able to swap in and out of different backgrounds with ease within our augmented reality 3D stage, and nothing was left to chance with the production quality – it was top notch.
The studio set utilized a dynamic scene made in-house through the use of multiple cameras at multiple angles in order to make the presentation look very energetic and lively, and it was reminiscent of the Metaverse itself.
Participants were ushered into an impressive virtual lobby that showcased every aspect of the conference. There was a Live Auditorium feed, imperatives tab, speaker information tab, agenda tab, as well as a photo booth and panel showcasing the channel partners. The virtual lobby was also made in-house, and our top priority was user accessibility – everything had to be within reach.
Finally, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a virtual photo booth where they could take pictures alongside their colleagues and other attendees, and even utilize different photo backgrounds; after which we compiled everything into a photo montage.
