A Futuristic Corporate Celebration Filled with Interaction, Performance & Innovation

Ooffle partnered with China Galaxy Securities to create a highly immersive Dinner & Dance (D&D) celebration at Fairmont Singapore. Designed around a “Time Travel” theme, the event combined the past and present elements using interactive technology, live entertainment, experiential zones and audience engagement to deliver a memorable and energetic corporate evening.

From concept development to stage programming, talent management, AV production and on-site execution, Ooffle delivered a seamless and vibrant D&D experience that brought together entertainment, corporate identity and futuristic aesthetics.

Event Concept & Full Management

Ooffle provided end-to-end event conceptualisation, covering theme development, program flow design, branding, entertainment curation and overall operations.
A dedicated execution team—Showcaller, Stage Manager, Artist Manager and Stage Assistants—ensured precise coordination of segments, performers, stage transitions and guest engagement throughout the night.

Interactive Mosaic Selfie Lucky Draw

A highlight of the event was the Mosaic Selfie Lucky Draw installation, where guests took selfies that automatically formed a large-scale mosaic visual wall.
This interactive feature generated strong participation and became one of the most talked-about elements of the evening.

Branded Backdrop & Green Screen Photobooth

To enhance the guest arrival experience, Ooffle created a CGSI & D&D branded backdrop, with optional lighting and a matching carpet for a premium photo opportunity.

A Green Screen Photobooth allowed guests to take futuristic-themed photographs using customised backgrounds, increasing social sharing value and guest enjoyment.

Customised Cocktail Bar Experience

A fully customised cocktail booth offered guests a one-hour complimentary service, adding a stylish social touch to the event.

Included:

• 150–200 servings of themed cocktails (Galaxy/Futuristic or Malibu Pina Colada)

• 2 professional bartenders

• Hotel-provided bar counter with branded sticker wrap

• Crystal glassware, ice & garnishes

The bar became a lively hotspot for networking and guest interaction.

Games Carnival – Tradition Meets Modern Fun

To boost energy and engagement, Ooffle curated a Games Carnival featuring:

This area created a lively, playful atmosphere, encouraging spontaneous fun and team bonding.

A mind-bending act combining illusion, psychology and theatrical flair, captivating guests with unexpected surprises.

Futuristic 3-Piece Band

Featuring:

The band delivered a set blending electronic tones and modern pop, enhancing the event’s futuristic vibe.

Kampong Daze “Fan the Chickens” Game

A nostalgic yet whimsical activity entirely made from balloon props—ready to use, fun and safe.
Guests enjoyed this humorous reinterpretation of traditional kampong play.
