Infineon Global Supplier Day 2019 @ Grand Hyatt Malaysia

It was Global Supplier Day for Infineon in 2019 at the Grand Hyatt Malaysia. A picture paints a thousand words, be sure to watch the video showreel!

With the keen reception of the golfing and bowling activity for the previous year, it was time to hit the greens again. The attendees were surely looking forward to it after the previous year!

The conference opened with a bang through the mind blowing opening video, thereafter with the management and suppliers sharing more on their roles in the ecosystem and production process. With our video and sound production team backing them up, the different suppliers looked excellent as they came on stage to receive their award.

Our stage team planned the awards presentation flawlessly. The emcee was as usual fabulous and smooth in hosting the entire night. One innovation was digital polling that engaged all the guests in a trivia about the company and its resources. 

Meanwhile, our jazz trio was there during the dinner to charm the audience with their tunes. The finale of the night was none other than the mentalist who blew everyone's mind away, it must be said it is indeed the climax of the night.

We also produced each and every single award video that was played on screen and provided content management. All the exhibition material and backdrop at the foyer was also fabricated and design by us, including a cool signature wall. 

We ended off with confetti blast and group photo! The client feedback that 2019 was by far the best Global Supplier Day that have ever had? Well, with this in mind, we will strive to achieve greater heights the very next year!
