Engaged by Meiden, a full-fledged agency, Ooffle delivered a comprehensive end-to-end event production to commemorate Meiden Singapore’s 50th Golden Jubilee at Clifford Pier. Marking a historic milestone for the brand, the celebration was designed as a premium, culturally enriched showcase that honoured Meiden’s five decades of innovation and presence in Singapore. The setup transformed the venue into an immersive, visually rich environment supported by high-spec staging, lighting, sound, and live entertainment elements—befitting a landmark 50-year celebration.

At the heart of the setup was a 5m × 3m centre LED wall, elevated on the existing stage platform to serve as the primary visual centerpiece. Surrounding it, Ooffle installed an extended multi-panel visual display, comprising six vertical LED panels of varying heights. These panels created a dynamic, multi-screen visual effect enhanced with risers, black skirting, and carpet finishing—ensuring a polished and cohesive stage presence for the Golden Jubilee.

To prepare the venue for the anniversary evening, the original stage was fully carpeted, and a custom double-sided illuminated backdrop (4m/5m × 2.5mH) was positioned at the hall’s centre—adding depth, focus, and visual balance to the overall scenography. The backdrop also served as a symbolic centrepiece to honour Meiden’s 50-year legacy.

The technical landscape was supported by a full professional sound system, including mini line arrays, subwoofers, six-point speakers, and front fills, mixed by an audio engineer across four hours. Complementing the audio was a lighting system featuring moving heads, face wash fixtures, and programmed cues aligned precisely with the event’s showflow. Six scenes of immersive LED animation content were played throughout the dinner sequence to enrich the Golden Jubilee guest experience.

Atmosphere and cultural elements were brought to life through entertainment. A 2/3-piece live instrumental band performed jazz, classical music, Singapore tunes, and Japanese pieces during the cocktail reception—reflecting both the brand’s Japanese heritage and Singaporean identity. A traditional Sake Breaking Ceremony added a ceremonial highlight befitting a 50th anniversary, complete with barrels, hammers, happi coats, cups, and on-stage execution by Ooffle’s team.

Across the foyer area, Ooffle supplied two touchscreen digital panels (55–75 inches) for interactive content, factory visualisations, and product showcases—helping guests reflect on Meiden’s journey across five decades. Additional drapes—required by Fullerton—were installed to block public view and maintain a controlled environment.

Ensuring smooth execution from start to finish, Ooffle deployed a full showrunning crew, including a showcaller, talent manager, stage manager, and stagehands. The event spanned two separate days, fully supported by Ooffle’s planning, technical integration, and on-site management—essential for a milestone celebration of this scale.

To enhance brand presence, a bespoke Meiden logo piece was produced (1.2cm height with base), recommended as a full-piece construction for optimal stability. The hosting segment featured a male emcee experienced with Japanese audiences, who managed the flow with professionalism and sensitivity to the significance of the Golden Jubilee.

Photography and videography teams covered the event for four hours each, capturing edited photos and a non-express highlight reel. Additional happi coats, props, and materials were supplied for ceremonial needs, alongside 9 foam boards produced and delivered for branding requirements. Twelve bottles of sake were also arranged as part of the ceremony components—symbolic for a 50-year celebratory toast.

Together, these elements formed a seamlessly orchestrated 50th Golden Jubilee celebration—merging cultural tradition, modern visual production, and precise technical execution to honour Meiden Singapore’s half-century milestone.
