Engaged by OCBC, Ooffle delivered a uniquely uplifting team-drumming performance showcase at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. What began as a simple corporate promotional activity quickly evolved into a meaningful journey of learning, collaboration, and collective achievement—uniting participants through rhythm, discipline, and a shared purpose.

Unlike traditional performances, this showcase was entirely executed by the employees themselves. Ooffle designed a progressive training framework that guided participants through a structured learning process, merging musicality with strong team-building principles. Through five intensive coaching sessions, the participants made rapid progress—mastering the full routine within just two to three rehearsals and transforming into confident stage performers.

The final showcase was dynamic, cohesive, and full of energy. Against a professional stage setup, the team delivered synchronized rhythms and powerful choreography, demonstrating not only the success of the training program but also the strong camaraderie built along the way.
