Ooffle had the privilege of orchestrating a remarkable Gala Dinner for ORA (Old Rafflesian Alumni), showcasing their prowess in event management and creativity.

Ooffle transformed ORA's Gala Dinner into an evening of elegance and sophistication. From conceptualization to execution, every detail was meticulously crafted to reflect ORA's esteemed reputation and vision. We managed the entire level of Raffles Convention Centre at Swissotel + Fairmont Hotel which covered 3 huge convention ballrooms Fairmont, Stamford, and Atrium Ballroom. 

Many distinguished guests attended the event, including ex Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong, Former Senior Minister S. Jayakumar, Minister Chan Chun Sing and many other old Raffles boys who have since then elevated into the positions of government leadership. Not to mention the C Level guests of many reputable MNCs and SMEs who used to have graduated from Raffles schools. 

Ooffle's talented team transformed the venue into a breathtaking setting, with stunning décor that captivated guests and set the stage for an unforgettable evening. With seamless coordination and attention to detail, Ooffle managed all aspects of the venue, ensuring smooth logistics and a flawless experience for ORA and their guests.

Ooffle's innovative backdrop design provided the perfect backdrop for the event, incorporating elements of ORA's brand identity and creating a visually striking focal point. Ooffle executed the 360 booth, greenscreen photobooth and also the full exhibition areas with various props and collaterals. Adding to the ambiance, Ooffle curated a mesmerizing live band performance that entertained guests and added to the overall atmosphere of the Gala Dinner.
