Held at the Fairmont Ballroom within the Raffles City Convention Centre, the gala brought together ministers, community leaders, cultural organisations, and philanthropic partners to celebrate SFCCA’s four decades of contributions to cultural preservation, national harmony, and social advancement.

The evening unfolded with a distinguished programme of speeches, performances, presentations, and charitable initiatives—set against an atmosphere of refined ceremonial elegance. Guests entered through a meticulously transformed foyer featuring illuminated backdrops, directional structures, and visual storytelling panels that showcased SFCCA’s milestones and legacy. The VIP holding room was specially configured for dignitaries, complete with studio lighting, raised staging, and a formal photography setup.

A full multi-camera live feed captured the gala proceedings, supported by live switching and professional recording. Ooffle’s showcalling team managed the flow throughout the evening, coordinating performances, speeches, ceremonial moments, and backstage transitions with precision. One of the night’s most symbolic highlights was the 40th Anniversary unveiling ceremony, executed using a custom-built revel mechanism synchronised with digital cues.

To support the gala’s scale and significance, Ooffle deployed a comprehensive technical infrastructure, including professional-grade sound engineering, a full lighting system, visual playback integration, and scenic stage design. Special provisions were made for government and media audio requirements, with multiple routed outputs provided for official recording and broadcast.

The celebration concluded with a ceremonial cake presentation—a 1.6m thematic creation symbolising SFCCA’s journey and forward momentum.
