A groundbreaking application designed with its users at heart. DBS Home Connect is the first of its kind to provide prospective homebuyers with transparent, accurate and up-to-date information on the latest developments in Singapore’s property landscape. With a variety of features and information packed into one app, balancing usability with functionality is critical.
An interactive loan calculator was conceptualized and designed to help homebuyers estimate the affordability of loan repayments and assess downpayment expectations. To facilitate DBS’s transparency in revealing past property transacted price, augmented reality elements were incorporated to maximise homebuyer’s user experience when exploring nearby property prices.
