Kaspersky GITEX Asia 2025 @ Marina Bay Sands

Kaspersky Singapore hosted the Asia Partner Conference, inviting business partners from across Asia to Singapore for meetings and networking opportunities.
Kaspersky appointed Ooffle to manage the entire event, from airport pickups to three days of local transfers and logistics.

Upon arrival, professional models dressed in Kaspersky’s corporate colors warmly welcomed the guests at the airport and assisted with hotel check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Ooffle arranged meeting rooms where Kaspersky Singapore’s team could engage with customers and sales representatives from around Asia. Each meeting room was thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities, including a bar corner stocked with coffee, tea, soda, and snacks, as well as screens and branding materials. The room layout was carefully designed and enhanced with Kaspersky-themed banners to reinforce brand presence.

During one of the conference days, Ooffle organized a special dinner night at Spago Dining Room at Marina Bay Sands, attended by all guests — including Kaspersky’s CEO, Eugene Kaspersky.
Demonstrating creativity, Ooffle collaborated with skilled bartenders to craft a bespoke welcome drink. This special cocktail blended futuristic hues with Kaspersky’s corporate colors, symbolizing the brand’s innovation and growth journey.

Ooffle also oversaw the dinner arrangement — from menu planning to the table service — ensuring every guest felt welcomed and well cared for, including attention to dietary needs and preferences.
