Big Heart Installation 2025

A Symbolic Illuminated Feature Crafted by Ooffle

Commissioned for the Big Heart campaign, Ooffle designed and delivered a bespoke illuminated tree installation that served as a visual and emotional centrepiece for the event. The structure combined sculptural form, warm lighting, and brand-led details to create an inviting, memorable focal point within the venue.

Designed for both daytime presence and evening ambience, the installation balanced aesthetic impact with functional mobility and on-site practicality.

Sculptural Design & Fabrication

The installation featured a custom-built tree form, comprising a stylised trunk, branches, and foliage. Constructed using a combination of aluminium panel cladding and PVC foam board backing, the structure achieved both durability and a clean visual finish.

With a 10cm overall structural thickness and a wheeled base integrated into the design, the installation allowed for efficient positioning and on-site adjustments without compromising stability.

Integrated Lighting & Brand Elements

At the heart of the installation was a heart-shaped lightbox positioned at the crown of the tree, symbolising warmth, unity, and the spirit of the campaign. Complementing this were:

• Four circular logo lightboxes integrated into the structure
• Ten warm white feature bulbs at the centre
• Eighteen smaller accent bulbs distributed across the branches

All lighting elements were designed without neon tubing, maintaining a soft, elegant glow suitable for both intimate and large-scale environments.

Production & Delivery Management

Ooffle managed the full production lifecycle — from detailing and fabrication through to delivery coordination. The installation was completed within a tight production window following confirmation, ensuring timely readiness for event deployment.

Attention was given to structural integrity, lighting balance, and transport considerations, enabling a seamless handover and on-site setup.
