R3R Gala Dinner 2019 The Promise @ Orchid Country Club

We were glad to be working once again with R3R to hold their dinner event. This year the theme is "The Promise" and we delivered our promise to them to get the show rocking!

Similar to the year before, and with an increase guest capacity at close to 1600 pax given their expansion of business networking associates in the multi-level network, R3R held their The Promise 2019 dinner at the Orchid Country Club once again.

We helped to produce the entire event, from the creative concept and execution, to the production of content, content management, AV show calling, LED Wall setup, Line Array speakers, moving head and static lighting, Gobo lighting, props, collateral and digital media. It was an emotional night where the representatives from the different countries were recognized.

With a long list of back to back programme in a tight timeline including multiple inhouse performances, product showcase through catwalk red carpet models, live hands-on demo of facial miracle results, awards presentation for top sales for each category, a touching speech by their supreme leader, co led Zumba dance, marching in contingent, CEO entrance, lucky draws, advertising of product and many more.

The stunning stage set-up and display of lights, by our AV production team ensured that the stage activities and rundown were properly executed so that the night carried on splendidly well.

We also faciliated the patching of multi camera live feed which captured the simultaneous expressions and emotions of the guests from level 1 foyer all the way to level 2 main ballroom, making sure none of the action gets missed any point in time.
