Terms & Conditions

Typical Booking Duration: Lunch/Dinner Banquets ~ 2 hours. Cocktail Reception ~1 hour. Solemnization ~1 hour. Above prices do not included any limited-time promo discounts which will be deducted manually from final invoice sent to you. All prices in SGD and nett. Public holiday is at double the rate; PH eves at 1.5 the rate. Prior rehearsal at 50% the rate.

Terms And Conditions
1. The full outstanding balance payment should be made by the client to Ooffle Pte Ltd (Ooffle) on the show day itself upon setup / rehearsal / soundcheck of the event before the show unless otherwise agreed. We seek your understanding that we will only start the performance upon receiving full outstanding payment, otherwise additional flat surcharge of $200 applies. Beyond 30 days after event, an additional late payment interest rate applies at 10% per day on the balance due.
2. All deposits shall not be refunded if client cancels or postpones the event, or changes / cancels any particular specified talent / product / service.
3. All acts and talents will only be booked once confirmation is made either through deposit or signed invoice, and are subject to availability upon confirmation.
4. Under no circumstances should you or any of your staff at the event or the venue exchange contact numbers or emails or discuss money matters with our artistes and talents unless consented and information is released by Ooffle. Conversations should strictly be constrained to event matter.
5. Please note that pro-rated extra hourly charges will apply in the event that waiting/reporting time exceeds or is earlier than specified reporting time.
6. You or your company shall not bypass Ooffle as an agent to directly solicit for the services of our proposed talents within 2 years from the signing of this document.
7. In the event that Ooffle engages the services of a lawyer to enforce any provision herein, you or your company shall be liable for Ooffle's legal fees.
8. If the specified talent is not able to make it on the actual day after order confirmation is done due to valid reasons such as illness, accidents, and other unexpected force majeure issues, Ooffle will seek to find the best closest/matching available substitute talent possible for client's approval. A proof of valid reason of absence by the talent would be submitted to the client after the event.
