A Solemn Celebration Honoring Strength and Resilience

Ooffle was honored to plan and execute the SCCCI SAF Day ceremony, held at the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) Auditorium. The event was a heartfelt and dignified celebration that paid tribute to the dedication and courage of Singapore’s defence community. Through elegant decor, precise coordination, and seamless management, Ooffle delivered a ceremony filled with both respect and warmth.

Event Overview

SAF Day 2025 took place on July 1, 2025 (Tuesday), from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Ooffle managed all aspects of the event — from venue setup and audio systems to catering and operations — ensuring every detail flowed smoothly. The hall design featured a refined and professional atmosphere, balancing solemnity with hospitality.

Stage and Setup

The main space featured cocktail tables and covered tables, along with a media platform for speeches and presentations. The visual setup was kept clean and formal to match the tone of the occasion.
To accommodate all attendees comfortably, Ooffle provided soft cushioned chairs with covers and additional seating arranged neatly across the hall.

Audio and Technical System

Ooffle supplied a complete professional sound system, including four speakers and two subwoofers, supported by an experienced sound operator to oversee live audio and microphone control. This ensured every announcement, speech, and playback was delivered with clarity and precision.

Catering and Guest Services

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a buffet lunch for 200 attendees, coordinated and managed by Ooffle. The dining setup encouraged casual networking and conversation in a relaxed and pleasant environment.

Event Video Production

Ooffle also produced a pre-event interview video (5–10 minutes), featuring storyboard development, on-location filming, and post-production editing. The video captured authentic reflections on national service and corporate support, setting an inspiring tone for the ceremony.
