Engaged as the full production partner, Ooffle delivered a striking, immersive experience for the Norway Event at Clifford Pier, transforming the venue into a multi-dimensional showcase of digital artistry, 3D projection mapping, and live performance synergy. The event brought together VIP guests, partners, and industry leaders for an evening that celebrated creative innovation through technology-driven storytelling.

The highlight of the night was the 3D projection mapping performance, choreographed to integrate seamlessly with two live dancers. Featuring motion-synced imagery, depth-rich animations, and precision lighting control, the performance demonstrated how projection artistry and human movement can merge into a powerful visual narrative. The content, enhanced by client-provided choreographic cues, created a futuristic, emotionally engaging centrepiece that anchored the entire show.

Guests also experienced an extended multi-screen LED setup—comprising a 5m × 3m centre LED wall supported by 12sqm of extended vertical panels—which transformed the stage into a panoramic digital environment. The layered displays offered a dynamic visual canvas for motion graphics, atmospheric cues, and immersive transitions throughout the evening’s programme.

To support the performance and live band element, Ooffle outfitted the event with a full suite of professional audio-visual and stage equipment. From mini line-array speakers and subwoofers to a complete set of instruments including an 88-key weighted stage piano, bass amplifier, full drum kit, and monitoring system, every technical component was calibrated to ensure clarity, balance, and impact for both live music and synced visual sequences.

The atmosphere was further elevated with an integrated lighting system featuring moving heads, wash lights, and programmed cues developed specifically to mirror the rhythm and intensity of the 3D visuals. Each lighting movement was meticulously aligned with choreography and projection, enabling seamless convergence between technology and performance.

Behind the scenes, Ooffle’s showcalling and stage management team ensured flawless execution from start to finish. With a dedicated showcaller, stage manager, and stage assistant, the entire programme—including cues, transitions, performers, AV synchronisation, and setup/teardown—was coordinated with precision and discipline.
