Engaged by Kaspersky, Ooffle delivered comprehensive conference operations, registration management, transportation coordination, and on-site support services for the brand’s participation at GITEX Asia 2025, held at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), Singapore.

Designed to support a high-profile international technology showcase, the project focused on seamless business meeting facilitation, efficient guest movement, and professional brand representation across multiple touchpoints throughout the exhibition period.

Conference Room Management & Business Support

As part of Kaspersky’s engagement strategy during GITEX Asia 2025, Ooffle coordinated the reservation and management of a dedicated private meeting room at Marina Bay Sands, accommodating up to 12 guests for business discussions and client meetings.

The meeting space was fully equipped with professional amenities, including flipcharts, whiteboards, built-in LCD projection with a 96-inch motorised screen, HDMI connectivity, video conferencing facilities, and both wired and wireless internet access.
The room was prepared 15 minutes prior to each session, with access to a pantry providing refreshments such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and light snacks—ensuring a comfortable and efficient meeting environment.

Registration Management & On-Site Flow Coordination

Ooffle provided registration management support for GITEX Asia, assisting with attendee check-ins, registration flow coordination, and on-site operational support. This ensured smooth participant movement and an organised experience aligned with Kaspersky’s professional standards.

Transportation & VIP Guest Handling

To support international delegates and key stakeholders, Ooffle managed airport and hotel transportation arrangements across two critical dates—22 and 25 April 2025—serving a total of 60 guest movements.

Transfers were arranged between Changi Airport and designated hotels, using Alphard / Vellfire vehicles with a maximum of two passengers per vehicle (including luggage) to ensure comfort and efficiency.
The service included up to 60 minutes of waiting time upon flight arrival, with Ooffle overseeing all booking, scheduling, and coordination requirements.

On-Site Manpower & Guest Guidance Support

To enhance arrival and check-in experiences, Ooffle deployed dedicated on-site personnel, including:

  • Airport meet-and-greet staff (2 days × 8 hours/day) for guest reception and directional assistance

  • Hotel IC stationed staff (2 days × 8 hours/day) to support check-in coordination and guest guidance

Custom foam board handheld signage (3 uniquely cut pieces) was designed and produced by Ooffle to ensure clear branding and efficient wayfinding throughout the guest journey.
