A Seamlessly Managed Urban Brand Activation by Ooffle
Engaged for Ayam Brand’s multi-day activation at Ocean Financial Centre, Ooffle delivered end-to-end operational planning, technical coordination, and on-site execution support to ensure a smooth, compliant, and well-managed public-facing brand experience within Singapore’s CBD environment.
Held from 22–26 September 2025, the activation required close coordination with building management, regulatory authorities, and multiple stakeholders. Ooffle’s role focused on infrastructure readiness, crowd and traffic flow management, power and utilities planning, and on-site project control—ensuring the activation ran safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with venue and government requirements.
Infrastructure, Compliance & Technical Readiness
Operating within a high-traffic financial district, the activation demanded precise planning and approvals. Ooffle coordinated directly with the venue management and project management teams during the pre-planning phase, aligning installation timelines, access requirements, and operational constraints ahead of deployment.
To support the activation environment, Ooffle provided a professional outdoor sound system, including JBL 1000W speakers with subwoofers, delivering clear and controlled audio coverage suitable for an open urban setting.
Power infrastructure was carefully managed through power step-down conversion, complete with Single Line Diagram (SLD) planning and Distribution Board (DB) usage across five days. A dedicated water supply point was also integrated, connected to the client-provided water tank to support on-site operational needs.
Crowd Flow, Traffic Control & On-Site Operations
Given the public nature of the venue, traffic and crowd guidance manpower was deployed to manage guest movement and vehicle flow during activation hours. Ooffle ensured structured routing, safety oversight, and smooth circulation from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM across three activation days, based on client-provided site layouts.
For installation and logistics access, Ooffle implemented truck access planking, including on-site supervision and liability coverage, safeguarding venue surfaces while enabling efficient load-in and load-out operations.
Regulatory & Risk Management
To meet statutory requirements, Ooffle arranged Public Liability Insurance coverage of SGD 1 million, alongside all necessary government-related fees, including SCDF Change of Use and SFA approvals. This ensured the activation complied fully with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
End-to-End Project Management
Throughout the activation period, Ooffle deployed on-site project management and coordination support across four days—covering three activation days and one dedicated truck-access day. The team worked closely with venue representatives and operational partners to oversee daily operations, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and maintain execution continuity from setup to conclusion.
