A High-Impact Opening Performance Powered by Light and Motion

Engaged by Workday, Ooffle delivered a dynamic LED POI dancer opening performance for Workday Elevate Singapore 2025, staged at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. Designed as the official opening moment of the conference, the performance fused light, rhythm, and precision choreography to set an energetic, future-forward tone for the event.

Through a concise yet visually powerful format, Ooffle seamlessly integrated live performance, music, and LED screen interaction—creating a high-impact opening within a tightly controlled five-minute window.

Igniting the Conference Opening with LED POI Performance

Immersive Motion-Driven Visual Storytelling

The performance featured two professional LED POI dancers, executing synchronised choreography at the front of the main stage. Rapid spinning motions and luminous light trails created layered visual effects that complemented the large-format LED screen behind them.

While the choreography followed an established routine, a custom finale interaction was designed exclusively for this event. At the final beat, the dancers physically “activated” the LED screen—triggering the opening conference video and symbolising the official launch of Workday Elevate.

Precise Coordination of Music, Visuals, and Stage

Seamless Technical Integration

Although no full rehearsal was scheduled, Ooffle conducted a technical run on the event day to align dancer positioning, lighting cues, music timing, and LED screen triggers with precision.

Upon final music confirmation, Ooffle also supported the client with a vetting video, synchronised with the approved soundtrack, to ensure performance timing and visual impact met expectations. The entire sequence was executed with exact timing, transitioning smoothly into the conference opening content.

Costume & Colour Styling

Brand-Aligned Visual Impact

The dancers’ costumes were styled in blue and orange, echoing Workday’s brand palette and overall event visual language. The high-contrast colours, combined with LED POI lighting effects, enhanced stage visibility and ensured immediate audience engagement from the first moment.

Focused Execution for a Short-Format Performance

Precision Delivery Under Tight Timelines

Despite its short duration, the LED POI opening required strict control over timing, technical coordination, and on-site execution. Ooffle managed performer coordination, technical alignment, client liaison, and show execution—ensuring a stable, polished performance even without a full rehearsal cycle.

The result was a powerful five-minute opening that successfully launched Workday Elevate Singapore 2025, leaving a strong first impression defined by energy, motion, and technological sophistication.
