At the heart of the event was a large-format stage platform measuring 17ft × 16ft × 1ft, complete with raised red-carpeted steps to reinforce the ceremonial prominence of the inauguration. The stage and visual setup featured:

• Dual LED walls (3m × 3.5m each) powered by Magnimage V6 processors

• Vmix live video switching system for seamless transitions between live camera feeds and presentation content

• Custom LED backdrop visuals designed around SCCCI’s official branding and event graphics

• Scenic greenery integrated around the stage, lectern, and screen areas to enhance visual balance and formality

To accommodate high-level dignitary requirements, a dedicated monitoring table for the Prime Minister was deployed, ensuring optimal viewing of synchronised content throughout the programme.
