A Professionally Executed Brand Event Supported by Precision Staging and Technical Production

Engaged by Global Angel Education Centre Pte. Ltd., Ooffle delivered a professionally executed brand event for Wynn Macau 2025 at Raffles Hotel (112 Katong) in February 2026.
Designed as a clean, efficient, and well-structured brand activation, the event focused on reliable stage construction, clear audio delivery, and seamless on-site execution to support presentations, announcements, and audience engagement across a two-day programme.

Stage System & Spatial Configuration

Ooffle designed and built a dual-stage configuration tailored to the venue’s atrium layout:

• Main Stage: 24ft × 12ft × 60cm

• Secondary Stage: 8ft × 8ft × 60cm

Both stages were fitted with professional skirting and steps, complemented by stage base protection to ensure safety, stability, and venue preservation throughout the activation period. The configuration allowed smooth transitions between programme segments while maintaining a clean and premium visual presence.

Backdrop & Visual Presentation

A 16ft × 8ft custom backdrop was installed as the central visual anchor for the event.
Serving as the primary brand and presentation background, the backdrop was proportioned to align with the stage layout, ensuring visual balance for live viewing, photography, and video documentation.

Professional Sound System Deployment

To support multiple speakers and programme segments, Ooffle deployed a full professional audio setup, including:

• 10 wired lapel microphones

• 2 wireless handheld microphones

• 2 microphone stands

• 10-channel sound system

• 1 professional sound engineer on-site for 2 days

The system delivered clear, consistent audio coverage across the event space, ensuring speech clarity and operational reliability throughout the programme.

Event Execution & Timeline Management

• Load-in: 20 February (after 10:00 PM)

• Event Days: 21–22 February

• Teardown: 22 February (after 10:00 PM)

Ooffle managed the full build-up, live execution, and teardown process within a tight venue schedule, ensuring smooth coordination with hotel operations and minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
