RWS Dinner and Dance 2025 @ Sentosa Adventure

Resorts World Sentosa engaged Ooffle to conceptualise and deliver an all-encompassing Dinner & Dance experience for thousands of Team Members—transforming Adventure Cove Waterpark into a vibrant world of performances, games, music, interactive zones, and immersive scenic environments. 4800 pax outdoor dinner and dance across 4 days held at Sentosa Adventure cove, with each day welcoming 1200 pax

The event was designed around connection, celebration, and appreciation, bringing staff together across multiple locations with seamless showflow, safety-first planning, and high-impact entertainment at every touchpoint.

With complex dual-stage setups, wet-and-dry game zones, multi-area wayfinding, and full AV integration, Ooffle provided end-to-end creative, technical, and operational leadership to deliver a festival-scale experience that was both joyful and flawlessly coordinated.

Event Overview & Experience Design

Ooffle’s mandate was to design an event that celebrated RWS Team Members through meaningful recognition, fun, and shared energy.
Key design principles included:

• Safety & Sustainability First — All scenic builds and activity stations were created with safe structures and reusable materials.
• Flow & Connectivity — Multi-zone planning ensured smooth guest movement from Registration → BluWater Bay → Bay Restaurant → Grotto L1 & L2.
• Hybrid On-Water & On-Land Programming — Stages and activities were engineered to operate both in water and on elevated platforms.

Show & Performance Production

Main Stage Setup (Two Options Provided)

Option 1 — BluWater Bay (half in water, half on dry land)

• Custom outdoor stage designed and fabricated for water-based setup
• Live streaming setup with screen
• Full recording and delivery of raw footage

Option 2 — Dual Indoor & Outdoor Stages

• Indoor stage at Bay Restaurant Level 2
• Secondary stage with stage screen + 1–2 monitors
• Live feed relay between outdoor and indoor stages
