Engaged by SCCCI (Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry), Ooffle delivered a comprehensive end-to-end event production to support the SG60 and Mid-Autumn Festival celebration in Singapore. Designed for a 300-guest audience, the event blended national pride with traditional festive elements—creating a culturally rich, large-scale celebration that balanced heritage aesthetics with precise technical execution.

The overall setup transformed multiple zones—including the main entrance, linkway, indoor halls, bamboo groves, and outdoor spaces—into a cohesive festive environment illuminated by lanterns, sculptural light installations, and carefully planned spatial flow. Through meticulous planning, scenic coordination, and on-site management, Ooffle ensured the event delivered both visual impact and operational stability befitting a major national and cultural milestone.

At the core of the experience was a carefully structured layout featuring multiple red-and-white dome tents, entrance stages, and themed lighting installations. Two main tents served as the primary guest areas, while an additional linkway tent guided guest circulation between zones. Each structure was supported by full electrical planning, lighting provisions, cooling systems, and safety controls—ensuring guest comfort and seamless operations throughout the evening.

To anchor the arrival experience, Ooffle installed a stage at the entrance carpark, complete with red-carpeted platforms, tiered steps, and overhead tent coverage. This provided a formal yet welcoming focal point for performances and ceremonial moments, reinforcing the event’s celebratory tone from the moment guests arrived.

Cultural storytelling was expressed through extensive lantern installations and illuminated décor across the venue. From Kowloon-style lantern walls and main road entrance decorations to bamboo grove lantern structures and indoor hanging bulb lanterns, each lighting element was curated to enhance spatial depth while reflecting Mid-Autumn symbolism. Signature illuminated fish installations beneath pine trees added a sculptural focal point—blending traditional motifs with contemporary presentation.

The technical environment was supported by a full professional AV system, including sound reinforcement, microphones, LED display integration, and lighting control. A live music ensemble of five musicians performed traditional Chinese instruments, supported by a detailed technical rider to ensure clarity and balance across the performance zones. Large industrial fans were deployed at stage areas to maintain comfort for both performers and guests.

Beyond the main programme, guest experience was elevated through curated dining moments. A ten-course buffet dinner was complemented by an afternoon tea reception and live cooking stations featuring Laksa and Peking Duck—creating layered culinary touchpoints aligned with the festive theme. Custom launch elements, ceremonial lighting moments, and coordinated visual documentation further enriched the event narrative.

To ensure flawless delivery, Ooffle deployed a full senior showrunning team, including a senior showcaller, stage manager, project director, account manager, and on-site crew. Across rehearsals and live event days, the team managed programme flow, vendor coordination, technical execution, and contingency planning—ensuring the event unfolded smoothly across all zones.

Together, these elements formed a richly layered SG60 and Mid-Autumn celebration—uniting cultural tradition, large-scale scenic design, and disciplined technical execution. Through thoughtful planning and precise delivery, Ooffle supported SCCCI in creating a meaningful, visually impactful event that honoured heritage while embracing contemporary event production standards.
