During the Fortinet Secure Operational Technology Summit 2023 by software company, Fortinet, Ooffle was in charge of managing their international virtual live stream. We ensured maximum audience engagement by providing live chat and Q&A during the live stream and incorporated a live feedback and polling function. This allowed attendees to interact with the speakers and other participants in real time, making the event more interactive and informative. We were also able to collect a data analysis report on the number of visitors on the live stream and granted access to downloadable information on the virtual website.
We extended our support to Fortinet by creating a website for their exhibition tour of the summit. This website allowed attendees to virtually explore the exhibition. Our team took charge of all design assets to deliver a visually appealing and engaging virtual tour experience.
