SCCCI Virtual WCEC Flag Handover Ceremony

This event was convened by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI), the Hong Kong Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (HKCCCI), and the Thai Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TCCCI), and was a pioneering event in which the flag was handed over via the Internet.
