A Seamless Outdoor LED & AV Deployment by Ooffle

Commissioned for an outdoor event at CHIJMES, Ooffle delivered a fully integrated LED wall and audio-visual setup to support an evening outdoor screening and programme activation. Designed for an open-air heritage venue, the setup prioritised visual clarity, sound coverage, technical stability, and smooth coordination with venue management.

The event took place on 21 November 2025, transforming the CHIJMES outdoor space into a functional and engaging screening environment suitable for public audiences.

Outdoor LED Wall & Visual Playback System

At the centre of the setup was a large-format outdoor LED wall, configured to deliver clear, high-impact visuals within the open courtyard environment. The LED wall was installed on a raised stage platform to optimise sightlines and audience visibility.

Ooffle provided the full visual playback system, including primary and backup video sources, as well as on-site technical support to ensure stable content delivery throughout the programme.

All installation and dismantling were executed within the approved same-day schedule, in alignment with CHIJMES operational requirements.

Professional Audio System for Outdoor Environment

To complement the visual setup, Ooffle deployed a professional outdoor sound system designed to provide balanced audio coverage without overpowering the surrounding heritage architecture.

The system supported:

• Background music playback
• Wireless microphone usage for announcements
• Clear sound projection across the outdoor event area

The audio setup was carefully calibrated to suit the acoustics of the open-air venue while maintaining compliance with venue guidelines.

Power, Licensing & Technical Compliance

Ooffle managed all essential technical and regulatory requirements, ensuring the setup met venue and safety standards. This included:
