Engaged by Kaspersky, Ooffle delivered a comprehensive 4-day, 3-night MICE conference experience in Macau, supporting a large-scale regional gathering of approximately 140 delegates across multiple venues, hotels, and event formats. The programme combined conference production, brand experience design, entertainment, logistics coordination, and experiential activities—executed with precision across venues including Conrad Macau, The Londoner, and The Parisian Macao.
Designed to balance business objectives with premium delegate experience, the event required seamless integration of creative direction, technical production, travel coordination, and on-site operations—delivered end-to-end by Ooffle’s multidisciplinary team.
Integrated Creative Direction & Brand Experience Design
Ooffle developed and adapted the event’s creative direction to align with Kaspersky’s brand objectives and conference narrative. This included visual adaptations across banners, backdrops, digital signages, registration counters, illuminated brand elements, and experiential touchpoints—ensuring consistency across all venues and sessions.
Client-provided visuals were refined and optimised to suit on-site formats, spatial layouts, and technical requirements, creating a cohesive brand presence throughout the multi-day programme.
Full-Scale Conference Production & Technical Execution
The conference was supported by a high-spec audiovisual production setup, including a large-format LED screen, professional sound reinforcement, lighting systems, projection solutions, and live switching. Ooffle managed full AV integration, showflow coordination, rehearsals, and speaker support—ensuring smooth transitions between plenary sessions, breakouts, entertainment segments, and gala dinners.
Dedicated production crews, stage managers, AV operators, and technical directors were deployed across multiple days to maintain consistent execution quality.

Ooffle handled extensive arrival, departure, and inter-city transportation logistics, coordinating airport transfers, VIP movements, cross-border travel between Hong Kong and Macau, and on-ground transport across hotels and venues. Dedicated coordination teams ensured smooth arrivals, departures, and schedule adherence for delegates, speakers, and VIPs throughout the programme.
On-Site Operations & Delegate Management
Across all event days, Ooffle deployed experienced on-site teams to manage registration, delegate flow, backstage operations, venue coordination, and contingency handling. This included registration list management, agenda design and printing, breakout room management, additional manpower support, and real-time operational adjustments.
