Mckinsey Decoded 2019 Conference @ Ritz Carlton

McKinsey & Company is a renowned American management consulting firm.

For their event - McKinsey Decoded 2019 - at the Ritz Carlton Singapore, we worked with them to provide the creative concept and fabrication of every single inventory needed for the exhibition as well as the main conference. Spanning across three levels in Ritz Carlton including the main hall, the reception foyer, 6 breakout rooms on level and 1 breakout exhibition zone on level 3, it was utmost logistics planning down to flawless execution.

We curated most of the content and innovation installed, in order to achieve a corporate yet tech startup moodboard for the whole conference and exhibition. The launch for QuantumBlack was also unveiled with a bang at McKinsey Decoded 2019 as part of the main conference highlight. Keynote speakers and panelist discussions were facilitated, this included prominent panelists such as Minister Chan Chun Sing, DBS Bank Managing Director Ms Chan Su Shan and Grab founder Ms Teh Hooi Ling. 

Every piece of prop, furniture and display fabrication was intricately crafted with a different look and feel that suited each of the breakout topic. Innovative showcase include the F1 automated simulator machine, lighted cubes and columns, gobo light zonal indiciation, launch mechanism reveal as well as the 3D text props that was creatively utilized throughout.

There was also a turnaround in all the breakout rooms for the PM session topic. Then main hall was turned around 3 times in total: first for the formal main conference proper; then for lunch cum startup networking 'speed dating' sessions; lastly for the closing keynote speech in a more casual seting. 

The tech registration and exhibition area for Quantum Black at the foyer added to the whole experience as display panels were installed with multiple interactive iPads and die cut text on raw wood to explain the whole concept behind this advanced analytics company owned by McKinsey that was launched in Asia. A startup environment showcase was also setup at the foyer for Fuel x McKinsey which highlighted the various key startups in partnership.
